About
A semi-open, forested recreation site with 7 campsites on a popular fishing lake with mountain views near the town of Smithers. Access may be prohibitive to larger RVs and trailers due to a steep access road. This site has a large parking area, boat launch, 1 land based dock and 1 swimming dock in the lake. Spectacular views of the Rocky Ridge Mountain Range can be had from the north end of the lake with good paddling/boating and fishing for cutthroat trout. Please be sure to purchase a fishing licence and consult the BC Freshwater Fishing Regulations Synopsis for limits, special regulations and closures: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/sports-recreation-arts-and-culture/outdoor-recreation/fishing-and-hunting/freshwater-fishing/region_6_skeena.pdf
