This Recreation Site is a one-unit campsite located in a large grassy field high above Guyishton Lake. Access by small 4x4 vehicles, however walk-in (approximately 20min), horseback, or ATV access is much easier.

Driving Directions

Near Burns Lake, from Hwy 16 turn south down Hwy 35, then turn right on Mackenzie FSR and proceed up 3.5 km on Mackenzie FSR. The access road, located at 3.5km on the left hand side of Mackenzie FSR, is very narrow and rough with no turn around spots, smaller 4x4 with high clearance recommended. Proceed about 1.5km on the access road to get to the site.
